1 A.) Time Fame For Client Services Business Website:
After client reserves a website, Florida Internet Marketing company will contact client within 24 hours to confirm selection. A payment link for the $299 set up fee will be emailed immediately. Personalized content about the clients business will be added to the website within 24 hours of purchase. Content can come from other client websites, brochures or from the client by sending Florida Internet Marketing Company an email with instructions and personalized content for the website. The “Contact Us” form will be activated with clients contact information within 24 hours of purchase. Within the first week, several software programs will be implemented to track traffic form Google (Google Analytics), a search engine ranking program that updates search engine rankings on Google, Bing and Yahoo Search. Additional program installations include a tracking system to monitor the number of new backlinks and off page optimization levels.
1 B.) The second week of service and marketing will include the installation of an automated content management system called Posterous that will distribute any future blog posts to Twitter and Facebook. An RSS feeds setting will be established using Google Reader to inform clients local market about what interests them.
1 C.) In week two a Craigslist advertisement with will be posted in clients local craigslist.org category to promote clients business services. Criagslist is ranked the 8th busiest site in the United States. Clients advertisement will always be active and updated on a regular basis during an active service agreement between Florida Internet Marketing Company and client.
1 D.) In week two Florida Internet Marketing Company will establish a business marketing presence for client with a Facebook Page. Facebook Pages were created for the sole purpose of small business marketing allowing for local search results within the Facebook community. It is a public profile that enables the business owner to share your services with Facebook users. Facebook has more than 300 million active users and is the 5th most active website in the world.
1 E.) In week three Florida Internet Marketing Company will establish a new client listing in both the Google and Bing “local business results” which is used more than a phone book to find local services. If client has an existing local business listing but it is not in the top ten results, Florida Internet Marketing Company will work to optimize business listing for higher ranking.
1 F.) In week four Florida Internet Marketing Company will create a video slide presentation from photos taken by said company or client. The photos can be of clients business location, products, services or company employees. The video will be uploaded to Youtube and distributed to various social media sites and Google for indexing in the search engine results pages. 25% of all searches in the world go through Youtube making it the 2nd largest search engine, passing Yahoo. YouTube is the 4th largest website on the Internet with 3.5 million people visiting the site every single day.
1 G.) The above mentioned services will be monitored and updated on a monthly basis for the best possible Internet marketing results.
2). Fees payable to Florida Internet Marketing by the client for the above services will be:
$299.00 one time set up fee and a monthly service fee of $49. Fees are payable to Realty Mart America through PayPal. A $49 monthly recurring billing agreement will be established through PayPal and can be canceled at anytime without penalty. The $299 set up fee is due within the first 30 days of establishing the monthly billing agreement. Florida Internet Marketing Company will begin providing services as outlined above once the $299 set up fee has been paid and the monthly recurring billing has been established through PayPal.

YouTube Marketing For Small Business
One thing all small business owners should consider is learning how to take advantage of YouTube marketing. In less than one day you can learn how to create a simple video slide presentation of your company and promote it on the powerful YouTube.
Here’s Why?

- YouTube has passed Yahoo in the number of daily searches!
- 300 million worldwide visitors a month!
What you read above is correct, in August 2008, YouTube became the #2 search engines passing Yahoo! (#1 is Google).
More and more people are using YouTube as a search engine to find local products and services so it will prove to be a very important strategy for you to get your business noticed on YouTube with a link to your website and a detailed description about your business.
If you have no experience in making videos here are two sources to consider.

Both have free and upgraded pay programs but the free version is just fine for now. Animoto allows you to to upload your pictures, select music and put together a simple video slide presentation in about five minutes. it will take your about twenty minutes to learn how to make the video and upload it to YouTube.
Jing allows screen capture, video and or audio and is another very fun and easy program to learn.
After you have created your video and uploaded it to YouTube you’ll want to write a compelling headline that is optimized for the search engines. For example, if your business is a chiropractic clinic in Miami, the headline should include the search phrase “Miami Chiropractor” or Miami Chiropractic.” The search phrase should be included again in the first paragraph.
Next…
Write a very detailed description about your services or products, telling potential new customers/clients what you can do for them and how you can help solve their problem. The very first thing in the opening paragraph should be your website url so people can find you easily.
There are many other advanced marketing options like social media and back-linking but if you just do the little things I’ve covered in this post, you’ll see some very positive results.

Bing Search And SEO
Bing is the new search engine by Microsoft. Bing is growing fast and according to a Nielson report in September 2009 it is growing faster than any of its search competitors in the top ten. The Bing market share for search engines is about 9% and there was rumors that a Yahoo/Microsoft search deal was being discussed which could result is Microsoft controlling about 25% of the search market.
Currently Google has a demanding share of the market with 71%.
Bing has a local business directory similar to Google and its an important marketing tool for gaining greater marketing exposure to your business from the local marketplace.
Small business websites must be optimized for great ranking on both Bing and Google. If you want to rank at the top of the search engines without paying for pay per click advertising you may want to spend a little time learning about search engine optimization which will benefit your small business with free organic ranking without any expense.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is something you should understand even if you hire a professional marketer to promote your small business online. The bottom line is to have your keyword phrase in the website title and in the article body.
Your keyword phrase should be in the first paragraph and somewhere in the middle or end the article. If you have not started building your site yet, it would be a great idea to buy a domain name with your keyword phrase in it. For example if you are an attorney in Palm Coast and your keyword phrase is “Palm Coast Attorney” , you should buy PalmCoastAttorney.com if its available. If not look for the .net or .org extension.
Search Engine Optimization also involves getting backlinks to your website. A backlink is simply a link from another website pointing back to yours. It shows the search engines that your site has some value since another site has linked to yours. The general rule of thumb is that the website with the most quality backlinks will have the higher ranking on the search engine results pages.
